How can the problem be replicated? Please add step by step details and URLs or location of the service.
See our 20CN session graphing. At about 9.30am a number of customers look to have been disconnected across all of our gateways including the Brightview 155's. Sessions seem to have picked up again but the CSC are receiving a high volume of calls that are almost certainly related to this.
