As the title suggests, BT Wholesale fault diagnostics are intermittently failing/timing out. You may also see GTC errors appear when trying to run the diags. I have spoken to the Eco Help Desk and have been issued a HD reference:

If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
