Problem description

Currently you are unable to change your account type or add a new IP block through the Metronet portal. Selecting either option lets you get part way through the process before taking you back to the member centre.
Also if you select to change your existing broadband, on the next page there is a link to "Add Essential Product" that links to the Plusnet portal. This needs to be removed.
If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.
