We have experienced a brief power outage at our main Sheffield office. This has disrupted our phone system. An engineer has been called and is now investigating. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

A fault has been identified with the call processing software of our telephone system. An engineer is en-route to work on the problem.
