Problem description
Added on: 25/06/2007 @ 10:33
It has become apparent that our mail platform is mishandling emails that contain a dot at the beginning of a line. Anything after the '.' is truncated including any attachments which are stripped from the email. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have isolated the cause of the problem to our Anti-Spam solution. A fix has been identified and is being rolled to our test mail platform for testing prior to being rolled live.

We are still performing tests on our testing platform to ensure that we are happy with the new software version prior to rolling this live.
