It would appear that certain orders for hardware are not being correctly processed as they normally would. We have several examples of where hardware orders have been stuck in an "awaiting processing state". If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We are currently investigating an issue with the delay of 4 port routers, being sent to customers.
