If you change a mailbox password via the portal for some customers the password change doesn't take effect and the old password still works If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have confirmed that changes to mailbox passwords made with the Manage My Mail facility are not applied immediately.

We have identified a problem with the submission of the password change form on the portal that are not correctly writing changes to customers passwords. Our developers are currently working on a fix. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
