Summary: You can look at the progress of a priority problem in more detail here.
Problem description
Added on: 11/05/2007 @ 08:52
We have seen isolated instances where high processing load on our authoritative DNS servers is causing DNS problems that affect our authentication database. This has the potential to result in occasional errors when customers attempt to FTP to Homepages or collect their email. If you were logged in to the portal, you could associate your username with this problem.

We have made a configuration change and disabled name resolution on our master authdb. SQL has been restarted and we are now monitoring the platform. Go to current priority problems | Go to archived priority problems |
