Broadband Connectivity Issues (62544) - RESOLVED
This is an update to the previous postings about problems connecting to the broadband network today.
We are glad to advise that service has been restored and customers previously affected by this issue should now be able to connect successfully.

Broadband Connectivity Issues (62544) - UPDATE
This is an update to our previous post regarding the service outage causing authentication problems when attempting to connect. You can see the previous update here: http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1277894912.htm
Our suppliers now have engineers onsite and are investigating. More information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Broadband Connectivity Issues (62544) - UPDATE
This is an update to the earlier post regarding an outage causing authentication problems when attempting to connect to broadband.
The outage is now believed to be affecting customers on the following dialling codes:

Broadband Connectivity Issues (62544) - NEW
We are currently receiving reports of a general Major Service Outage at the Edinburgh node. This may be causing connectivity and authentication problems for some customers in Scotland and the North of England.
Our wholesale suppliers are currently investigating this at the highest priority, and we will provide further updates as soon as we have them.

Broadband Connectivity Issues in Milton Keynes area - RESOLVED
This is an update to last night's post regarding problems in the Milton Keynes area.
The underlying problem has now been resolved and so any customers who were affected will now be able to reconnect.
